I love how this is a total experience when getting your car serviced at Toyota of Tampa Bay. There is a screen that constantly updates you on the status of your car. I love that they have breakfast available to order in addition to the coffee. I have been buying Toyotas since 1997 exclusively; mostly Camry's but I have bought a Corolla and now I am driving a Rav4. The service reps and the salesmen are great! I would recommend everyone to buy a Toyota at least once and they will never go back to what they came from. On the downside, the only problem I have ever had at this dealership is when I went to purchase a air cabin filter from parts. The person on duty was less than friendly and carried on a personal conversation with someone while I waited patiently in line. Finally the person in front of me stepped to the side so I could buy the filter. The parts person alone is a reason not to go to this dealership. He almost tainted every pleasant experience that I have had. But you can't let one person deprive you of the extraordinary experiences that you have had at a business. The sales person that sold me my car no longer works here and I was a little distressed to hear this but....people move on. As a whole, they try hard to please the customer. More
