July 2025 - I scheduled and brought my 2020 RAV4 to address a safety recall item. JC Cooper, again, was my service advisor and provided excellent service. Again, the waiting area with the workstations was quiet, clean, and provided power and wifi to enable me to be productive during the wait. JC notified me when the work was completed, and processed the paperwork quickly. The service I have received has consistently been excellent. More
