Dealt with several other dealerships and sales people that didn’t call back and disregarded the sale before doing business with Street VW. (We we’re trying to make an online or over the phone purchase) We wanted a vehicle with specific features and it took a couple of weeks, but Joel Leimer was able to help track down the vehicle we wanted and always stayed in touch. Along with Shane Giese they were able to get it done tracked and shipped to us 782 miles away. Now, this was an over the phone purchase, I’ve never met them in person and I’ve never physically been to Street VW, but they treated this sale as any other with plenty of communication and importance.
