I decided last minute to squeeze in time to stop by and immediately was treated Via a certified pre-owned website, I came across Preston Chevrolet. I decided last minute to squeeze in time to stop by and immediately was treated as an important customer. Within 5 minutes we were already on our way down the road test driving the vehicle that caught my attention. After viewing and test driving so many trucks through other dealerships, I was sold. Funny enough, the truck actually had gotten a flat tire during our drive and I was not discouraged- in fact, my rep, JJ, handled everything super well and quickly and we enjoyed a few laughs. I was even more sold on the trucks performance with a blown out tire. We got back to the dealership and they did tons of work to find me a low APR rate. Being a less than savvy car person, I felt I was treated extremely fair and not taken advantage of, which is so important to me. It was a wonderful experience and will always come back! More
