Peter Tecson, the salesman was incredible and so knowledgeable! He made our experience first class and was never pushy or tried to “just sell” us attitude. It was like having a friend show us cars and provide the information we needed to make a decision! Overall, great, professional, personable and very kind!! Peter is the guy to ask for if you are looking and he even provided a personalized video thanking us and providing step by step on how to set up our Sirius and other pertinent information to assist. He went over and beyond the level of customer experience!! Thank you for making the entire experience pleasant!! More

No Service in Palm Spri Travelling in Palm Springs, Ca with Winnebago Motorhome w/Mercedes chassis. Check Engine warning alerted to me check it out. No Service in Palm Springs. Called Walter's in Rverside, and Jose was exremely helpful and scheduled me first thing in the AM. Met Check Engine warning on my Winnebago Motor home w/Mercedes chassis required me to seek out service while travelling in Palm Springs, Ca. Surprised there was no service in Palm Springs, so contacted Walter's Mercedes in Riverside. Ca. Jose was was very helpful and scheduled me first thing next AM. Was met by Adam Garcia, who likewise was very courteous and helpful. Sscanned my VIN, and that was it! No laborious signing in process, etc. Sent me a text while I was in the waiting room (excellent, with coffee, danish, clean restrooms) to advise me of progress. A few hours later, advised the problem was a sensor (replaced), and I was done. Entire process took about 2 hours, and I was amazed that they had researched that I had an extended warranty, so there was no charge for the service. I am in my late 70's, and this is the most professional experience I have enjoyed. Although I live approx. 200 miles away, my next Mercedes will be purchased from Walter's adam garcia More
