We had a hiccup during our purchases We bought two vehicles, a CRV and a HRV. We signed all the paperwork and we were ready to go over the vehicles prior to going home, the HRV had a AC We bought two vehicles, a CRV and a HRV. Please read the entire review, not just the first sentence...I wasn’t truly intending to buy a vehicle. I started looking at new Honda Pilots and my interest grew. As I did more research I contacted sentence...I wasn’t truly intending to buy a vehicle. I started looking at new Honda Pilots and my interest grew. As I did more research I contacted a friend whose brother-in-law put me in touch with Nick. I live in Wisconsin so otherwise would not have connected with him in Aurora. Nick has been great to work with so far. He ran numbers, checked availability, answered all of my questions (of which there were many), dealt with me changing my mind, etc. He did nearly all of this via text messages and email so that I didn’t have to drive nearly two hours to meet. And, he did all of that after work hours and on his day off! There was no pressure to buy; he genuinely wanted to answer my questions and allowed me to feel confident in choosing to go through with a purchase (long overdue, I might add) of a new Honda Pilot. I’m looking forward to the call that says he has my agreed upon vehicle in stock so that I can drive down and thank him in person! UPDATE: I came home with my new vehicle! I am so happy and Nick was great - and super patient - through the entire process. And, given the long drive, he even asked me to let him know that I made it safely home. I also want to thank the other team members who were a part of my experience: Kevin Frank, Jim Hanahan, and Jab Rahman. Great experience! More

He was very thorough and knowledgeable and showed us every important feature in detail. Sal was very honest and personable and made us feel comfortable in our decision, and never pressured us into anything. At the end of the day, we felt comfortable in our decision to buy.
