The staff works well as a team and Shaun was our go to guy. We made at least three different trips to the dealership before we finally decided on our new purchase. In regards to the dealership, it is top tier quality. The team is very engaged with all the clients and as soon as it came time to business, Cesar was willing to make sure we felt like we left with a deal. Cesar was very thorough and explained how everything worked on the vehicle after we made the purchase. He even had a part delivered to my home that was missing when we bought it. That is an above and beyond the call of duty type treatment that you will get. Cesar and the team walked us through all of the options packages and because of the rapport we were able to build off of our initial conversations, we felt very comfortable buying a couple add-ons that I know we will enjoy. Kevin and Holly took care of us when it came time to make an installation on our new SUV and I probably spent no more than 5 minutes doing paperwork and getting our loaner vehicle. More
