We've never owned a Honda vehicle previously, so we jumped into the act full throttle. We not only love our vehicles, but had great experiences with all three purchases. Both Sales Consultants, Eddie Sanchez and Kurt Gonzalez and Sales Manager, Jab Rahman were a pleasure to do business with, as they thoroughly demonstrated vast vehicle knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness. I also had the opportunity to meet Valley Honda's owner, Bob Navarre, who couldn't have been more personable. Our last two vehicles were purchased amid the COVID-19 outbreak, and the entire Valley Honda dealership went above and beyond adhering to necessary social distancing, consistently cleaning a multitude of surfaces with antibacterial cleaners. The overall experience was excellent starting with our sales person Cesar Salinas. Cesar was knowledgeable, very professional and very easy to talk to. He has very extensive product knowledge and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot and he made sure it was perfect when we picked it up and even provided stickers to attach our iPass. He walked us through the buying process step by step and did not rush us though it. He gave us all of his attention and never made us feel like we were just a sale. He had everything prepared for us when we arrived. To Don Davis, Jab Rahman and Rose Hernandez thank you for helping make this a great experience and last shout out to Jose Osorio the Delivery Associate who did an exceptional job on preparing the Pilot for delivery.
