I was so impressed the first time that I have referred several friends over the years. I have personally dealt with Tom Propersi both times. He is a very professional salesperson who is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. As a result of this, he is also a friend. I have also had the pleasure to meet other staff and work with some of them too. Jab Rahman was very efficient and accommodating. Don Davis helped resolve some issues in the most professional and comfortable way. He is excellent. A brief moment in the finance department with Mari Rios was pleasant, efficient and fun, which is not always the case in finance departments. I have had much experience with many dealerships over the years, some good and some not so good. But, by far this has been the best all round experience. Their service department and staff are also some of the nicest and best I've encountered. I highly recommend Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. More

Friendly Staff I didn't end up buying a car here, but I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience it was to visit this dealership when looking for a car. It is a beautiful dealership; our salesman took us through the service department on the way back from our test drive, and it was the cleanest repair facility I have ever seen (with the longest service hours I have ever heard of). But what really made our visit so pleasant was Kevin Hanna, the wonderful salesman we dealt with. He was so nice and didn't make us feel pressured at all. Normally, I feel pressured when car shopping, because the salesman usually starts wanting to make deals not long after you arrive, and I really wasn't ready to do that yet. Kevin must have felt that, for he didn't talk about the money. He knew I was looking for something in the lower price range, so he took us for a test drive in a 2015 Honda Civic. Even though I wasn't ready to make a commitment that night, he and Jab Rahman, the sales manager, were so nice and accommodating that I would recommend looking here for a car, even if you're not sure what you're looking for. The exact color choice I wanted was not available on their lot, but they quickly located the exact vehicle I was looking for from another dealership at no additional cost to me. Everyone was friendly and completing the sales transaction was very quick. Their service waiting area is also very nice. TV's, computers to use, plenty of seating area, etc. Very impressive. No xxxxxxxx, No Wait. Andy greeted me at the door and we immediately dove into the heart of why I was there and what I wanted in a new car. He listed off a few options and Andy greeted me at the door and we immediately dove into the heart of why I was there and what I wanted in a new car. He listed off a few options and we quickly narrowed it down, all the while having pleasant conversation. Every step of the way Andy was patient and helpful. He took the time to show me everything about the car that I had mentioned I was interested in, and showed me Honda's facilities. The whole dealership is extremely well maintained and has a great atmosphere. I'm excited to join the Honda family and have the support Andy showed. More
