On the day of purchase, Tom had everything organized so that the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. Even after I signed the sales agreement, Tom spent another hour with me to explain the features of the new Civic and helped set up much of the safety features and technology links that would have otherwise taken me hours to figure out on my own. I cannot say enough good things about Jack and Tom, and am grateful that I had their guidance and expertise to help me get the exact car I wanted. I am also a longtime service customer of Valley Honda. Having now worked with the sales and service teams, I can honestly say that VH is a top-notch operation that cares about its customers and treats them fairly and with honesty.
