OUR SALESMAN DOMINIC D’ALESIO WAS JUST GREAT. TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AS WE WERE LOOKING TO BUY A CRV. HE EXPLAINED ALL OPTIONS, AND FROM DAY ONE KEPT US UPDATED WEEKLY ON THE STATUS IF WHEN OUR CAR WAS BEING BUILT AND WHEN IT WOULD ARRIVE. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PICK UP OUR CAR, HE SPENT NEARLY AN HOUR AND A HALF EXPLAINING AND SHOWING US HOW EVERY THING WORKS, AND MADE SURE WE HAD NO QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING WHEN WE DROVE OUT OF THE LOT. AS FAR AS VALLEY HONDA, THEY NEVER TRIED TO UPSELL ON ANY ASPECT OF THE CAR AND DID NOT CHARGE SOME MARKET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CAR AS OTHER DEALERS IN THE AREA WERE.
