Continental Honda Saves the Day I can't even explain how disappointed I am with my customer experience at Valley Honda - I have been purchasing new cars with them since 2002 (5 total I can't even explain how disappointed I am with my customer experience at Valley Honda - I have been purchasing new cars with them since 2002 (5 total to-date), but based on my recent experience - details included below - I am now buying through Continental Honda. Looking to buy a vehicle for my nephew, I went to Kelley Blue Book online and pulled up the pricing for a 2018 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing- MSRP $21,636, Invoice $20,171, and Fair Purchase Price $19,222. Being a loyal customer I was expecting $19,400 - seemed fair and reasonable. I explained to the salesman that I had this information from KBB and wanted to know what they were willing to do - the first offer came back at about $21,200. How could this be? Thousands of dollars apart? I countered at KBB of $19,222 to reiterate that I had these figures, and the 2nd offer came back, through their sales manager at $19,863. Better, but not my desired $19,400 -- so I pressed on. Rather than focusing on the sales price, both the salesman and sales manager continued to ask me (1) how much money we had to put down on the car and (2) what monthly payment we were looking for -- and each time I was very clear to ask how either of these impacted the final sales price, only to have them tell me it had none whatsoever -- so why keep talking about it -- Let's focus on the sales price! In the end, Valley Honda insisted that $19,863 was the lowest offer they would accept for this vehicle, so they promised to hold the vehicle until Monday for us to explore other offers -- Eventually the sales manager came back and insisted he was now unable to hold the vehicle. Absolutely frustrated with the service at Valley Honda, I visited Kelley Blue Book and solicited online offers. Within minutes three offers were made - one particularly interesting one came from Continental Honda -- I went to the dealership today and not only got the Fair Purchase Price I wanted, they were able to give me the deal on a newer 2019 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing. I know where I will be buying my next new Honda. More

Even when Valley Honda did not have the exact vehicle I wanted, Kevin, Tommy, and their inventory manager, went through great lengths to very quickly find me the car I had my heart set on! I will continue to return to Kevin for future purchases from Valley Honda when the time comes. I will also recommend Kevin and Valley Honda to those I know who are in the market for a new vehicle. I was contacted by Nick Theodor via email about what I was interested in. He had patiently answered the questions I had. Even though I was not sure if I was going to wait for the 2019 models to start showing up before buying. When I came to Valley Honda with my best price, I realized that the color of the 2018 Civic Si they had was not my preferred first color choice. Nick had spoke to his manager Jack, and they matched the price and I really felt very comfortable with the dealership. It was very clean throughout and the service department was huge! I am extremely happy with the car and service I have received so far. Stephanie in finance made the purchasing experience go very smooth. Keep up the great job guys!! More

Kevin was very understanding and helpful as I looked at two options, and never pressured me to buy at all. This was really important to me, since it was so hard to think clearly as it was. Jack Davis, and Brandon Brabec were kind and helpful as well, when I asked to get one of the vehicles checked out at my mechanic on Kevin's day off. Roxanne was super patient when drawing up all the paperwork, as she needed to explain a few things to me more than once! All in all, a great experience, though hopefully next time it will be without the concussion!! More

I had sent a request through American Honda to keep me informed of the new 2018 Honda Accord prior to its launch. Through this lead, Bill reached out to me via email. I was not ready at the time as I had a vehicle I needed to dispose of, however, Bill kept in contact, not pushy or overwhelming, to let me know he was available to assist and answer any questions. When the time came to purchase Bill was tremendously helpful. We were very specific regarding the car we wanted (color, trim, interior) and was able to secure an inbound one in the exact specs we wanted. He walked us through the accessory choices and other options, never once pressuring us or giving us the hard sell. He kept us informed as to the timing of when we could expect the car, and when it came in the service was terrific. No long wait for and in F&I and he thoroughly reviewed the features and operation of the vehicle. The dealership was immaculately clean, the people friendly and professional. We were blown away. I was interested in the CR-V and Sal took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. We spent time looking around the lot so I could see all my color options. This was well worth it as I found a color that I like much better than my original thought. I most liked that Sal did not pressure me the way I felt at most other dealers I visited in my search for a new vehicle. He let me take the time I needed over several visits.
