Before I came into the dealership, Fred sent me video walk throughs that he filmed of the two cars I was interested in and provided the out the door pricing for both vehicles. He was very transparent with the numbers and provided excellent customer service over the phone. Because of how great his customer service was over the phone (by providing pricing information and answering my never ending questions), I decided I wanted to visit the dealership and potentially purchase my car at Valley Honda. His excellent customer service extended to in-person when I came into the dealership. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and helped me navigate my worries and the complexities that can come with purchasing a vehicle. He made sure that I was comfortable during the process and offered/provided water and coffee. Fred also gave me the space to think, process, and choose which color vehicle I wanted. He did not rush me at all even though I was at the dealership for over 5 hours (my choice to be there that long due to asking many questions and wanting to be sure I was making a good decision for me). If you are looking for an honest, professional, nice salesman, Fred is who you should call. In truth, I would recommend Fred Sims if you are looking to purchase (or lease) a vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the specs of a car and has great professionalism. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Fred for creating and providing a great, comfortable, professional atmosphere. As an update days after purchasing my vehicle: I brought my car to Valley Honda service department and went to say hello to Fred. He checked in with the service department to make sure things were moving along, provided me with a water, and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Again, he did not have to do this yet he did. I brought my 20yo daughter to Valley Honda after having visited four dealerships. Salesman Sal Capra took time to listen to what she wanted and then showed her all the features of the vehicle prior to a te visited four dealerships. Salesman Sal Capra took time to listen to what she wanted and then showed her all the features of the vehicle prior to a test drive and before he remotely knew a sale would occur. This was not a new, high priced vehicle. It was a used, medium priced vehicle, yet Sal treated her as if it was the highest price vehicle at the dealership. I was surprised to learn Sal had sons and not daughters, with the way he treated my daughter. This process was about her, not just a sale. I highly recommend Sal Capra and sales Manager Jack for their sincere customer care. They’ve likely made me a future Honda customer for my next vehicle as this is our first Honda.
