I saw the car I wanted test drive online and when I got to test drive but was not available. I was met by Hector C. and he made my experience worth the trip. I appreciated his xx attitude and was very honest with me with what could be done to help me. He showed me a few vechile, some out of my range but he was still being honest. We test drove a Ford Edge and fell in love with it. I told Hector lets do this and he worked to meet my needs. All I can say is that was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I only spent an hour and half before driving off in my new vehicle. They were fast and efficient with no wasted time. 5 Stars to 5 Star Ford!! More

True definition of outstanding Customer Service! I went in there with my doubts that I wouldn't get approved and that if I did it wouldn't be for the car that I wanted. As soon as I walked in Jim ass I went in there with my doubts that I wouldn't get approved and that if I did it wouldn't be for the car that I wanted. As soon as I walked in Jim assured me he would do everything he could to make sure I walked out with a smile. I was so nervous but Jim and Jack were so easy to conversate with and do business with as well. I was able to get the car that I went in there for and walk out with way lower monthly payments than I expected. I am truly happy with my decision and so glad I went to Five Star Ford! It was a pleasure and I definitely experienced outstanding customer service! More
