We went to the Ford dealership and spoke with Carlos. He was extremely negative and stated to me that it is extremely hard to finance a second vehicle even with good credit and made it seem that he (and Ford) didn't work with credit-challenged persons and extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After our bad experience, we were walking to our car very angry from how Carlos treated us, and a man asked how we were doing. Randall S. was this man and we explained how disappointed we were with Carlos's service and told him exactly what we were looking for. Randall went out of his way to actually listen to us and our needs and found us a vehicle we could afford and better yet liked! When we got inside after seeing a Ford escape, we filled out an application which was very fast and easy. After a short period of time Randall explained the deal I almost cried (in a good way). Without even trying to haggle the price or payments Randall had gotten us a FANTASTIC deal on the Escape and at a price we could manage. He greatly exceeded our expectations and I must say I do not say that very often. The rest of the paperwork was super fast and everyone we spoke to during the process was extremely nice and helpful! Without your employee Randall S., we would have left the Ford dealership disappointed and took our business elsewhere. Randall is a great asset to Ford and we will definitely recommend Ford and Randall and we will definitely be shopping with him again in the future!! Thank you Randall for such a great car-buying experience!!!!!!! More

Best Car Buy Experience EVER!!! THEY WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME. I have gone through a divorce and had my credit messed up while going through that. When I called and spoke with Alfred THEY WORKED A MIRACLE FOR ME. I have gone through a divorce and had my credit messed up while going through that. When I called and spoke with Alfred at Five Star in North Richland Hills on Saturday Sept. 6, 2014, I told him I shouldn’t even be calling them because I know there is nothing they can do. He told me, “let the bank tell you that. Our financing people are amazing”. He was not kidding. I told him that I wanted to get a Mustang and then laughed and told him I know I am asking for a miracle. He told me to fill out the online credit app that he will send me over my email and he will look at it. I filled that out and he called me within 10 minutes and said that he was going to have to get his finance guy to look it over and talk with the bank on Monday and then he will call me Monday morning. Monday morning about 9AM I get a text from Alfred letting me know that he found the perfect 2010 Mustang Convertible for me and Jack, the finance guy has received an approval for this car and then he told me the payments. I about dropped in the floor when he told me. The payments are lower than I told him I wanted to be at. Between Alfred and Jack at Five Star Ford North Richland Hills they worked a miracle and are such a blessing to me. My old car was giving me trouble and I was worried every time I got in it. Now I have a car that I do not have to worry if I am going to make it to where I am going, and it looks amazing as well. I love the car and the people at Five Star Ford NRH. Alfred found the car and submitted to Jack; Jack had an approval for me on that car before I ever stepped one foot on their lot. I would recommend Five Star Ford NRH to anyone!!! If you need someone who cares about you and not just caring about selling you a car, go see Alfred at Five Star Ford NRH. When you go back to finance, request to have Jack to your paperwork, because both of these men are very honest and trustworthy men!!!!! More

We were very impressed with how personable he was and how easy he made the transaction. When my sister totaled our other car this past week, we tried to find another car to replace it. Because of the timing, we had a limited budget, but still had very specific idea about what we wanted. After going to several dealerships and being unable to find a car we liked in our limited price range, we decided to call Aaron again. Within minutes he had several options for us to consider. We came in a few days later and he had gone through the cars he suggested and had compiled the positives and negatives of each, making it incredibly easy for us to figure out which would be the best fit for us. He somehow made it fit into our budget and three hours later, we left the dealership with a new (to us) car. Even the gas tank was filled before we left. They handle all the paperwork to have the registration and title and license plates taken care of. Both times we worked with Aaron, he was friendly and honest and made us feel completely comfortable. We didn't know honest car salesmen existed, but Aaron changed our minds. He went out of his way to make our experience as easy as possible. We only buy Toyotas, but we'll be buying all of our cars from Aaron and 5 Star Ford from now on! Thank you Aaron! You rock! You really are the Magic Man!!! More

I was treated like royalty! I went in to the dealership to see a vehicle I wanted on AutoTrader. I did find the vehicle and took it for a test drive. The vehicle drove fine, but I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger. I was greeted by Doreen Parker at the dealership and she was a real pleasure to work with. I came back 10 days after my initial visit to purchase the vehicle, but learned it wasn't available due to mechanical issues they did not know about on my initial drive, even though the vehicle ran fine. Just the simple fact that they wouldn't sell a vehicle they new had problems spoke to me quite a bit. Mrs. Parker was happy to work with me to find a comparable vehicle and very patient. I had told her my needs and concerns and she never pressured me to spend more than I could afford. I did find a better vehicle that suited my needs perfectly. Even though it cost more than I had initially intended to spend, it had 30K LESS miles on it and had better gas mileage. Doreen let me test drive all I wanted and I never had any pressure to purchase at all. Coming to Five Star Ford was a blessing to me and I never expected such low pressure and professionalism. I'm so glad I went. More
