I switched to this dealership after sub par work and lack of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Has always Been easy to schedule of customer support from the others. Since the move I have been pleased with the work they have done on my trucks. Unemployment stinks. I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I nee I had a followup with a recall for my 2013 Escape. On the day of my scheduled appointment, I dropped off my car and in reply to the question if I needed an oil change or tire rotation, I contemplated and said no due to my being unemployed. Without going into detail, my Unemployment situation was understood. Talk about relief. Thank you Ford service Family Good deeds are not forgotten. More

These guys are great. Always greet you by name. They listen and treat you with respect. They are willing to work with you. I was on a trip and my car started to act a lit Always greet you by name. They listen and treat you with respect. They are willing to work with you. I was on a trip and my car started to act a little funny. I turned around and they worked me in to check out my car. I based on our discussion I decided to cancel my trip and bring the car in for further analysis. I have friends who bought a car at another dealership and they were told they couldn't get an appointment for at least 2 weeks to get the same service I received.
