When I called for service I was greeted by a young lady who scheduled the appt. Then I called back to see how much time the appointment, she knew and advised me. I brought the car in and the gentleman at t who scheduled the appt. Then I called back to see how much time the appointment, she knew and advised me. I brought the car in and the gentleman at the desk advised me of other items that were needed and said the advisor would contact me to discuss after they looked at the car. Jack called me back to give me more information to make choices. When I returned to pick up the car, he had a mechanic to go get the car for me. All was an excellent experience. More

They had an opportunity to rip me off for additional service and products, but failed to do so. You'll need to talk to them about that. If word gets out that they show signs of personal integrity, they service and products, but failed to do so. You'll need to talk to them about that. had to take back for check engine light again and pay to have it diagnosed again repaired a second time. Will not go back.
