I bought my F 150 through an independent dealer, so I was in in search of a Ford Company Dealer to establish a relationship with where I could rely on for servicing my truck. The Cortese family won my loyalt in in search of a Ford Company Dealer to establish a relationship with where I could rely on for servicing my truck. The Cortese family won my loyalty in this regard. I have had the collision shop take car of damage done in an accident with a deer. I did not file an insurance claim, so the cost was out of my pocket and a concern to me. I feel they really did a fine job while keeping the price under control. I work in road construction and I'm out of town Mon-thru Fri. The hours are never set in a regular fashion and the miles are always pilling on. So when the opportunity arises it may be on short notice. The service department has always been accommodating to me when I call on them for oil changes and thorough in all other aspects of maintenance.. I appreciate the Cortese dealer as a complete one stop shop style of Ford dealer, yet I realize it is the individual efforts of their workforce that make it so. Efforts like that of my service writer Jack, with whom it seems I am dealing with an old friend everytime I interact with. More
