Working at Cortese Ford has shown me how easy the service experience can be for customers and that's what I enjoy most about working here. I’ll never deal with the dealership again unless its for a recall or for warranty work. It took 4 visits to get work completed because they kept forgetting or couldn’t do something after I was already there a recall or for warranty work. It took 4 visits to get work completed because they kept forgetting or couldn’t do something after I was already there. I had to keep taking time off of work to continue to get my car looked at for the same stuff. The entire process was a joke, especially when I was told I’m responsible for my car and I had already brought my car in twice for the same thing and the work hadn’t gotten completed. Complete waste of time. There are other dealerships out there when I’m ready to buy again I’ll find somewhere else because at this point there has been nothing but trouble and problems with the dealership and me buying this car 2 years ago. More

Jack has excellent customer service and communication skills. My child goes to school in NY and needed her car repaired. He answered all my questions via text or call even though I was many states away skills. My child goes to school in NY and needed her car repaired. He answered all my questions via text or call even though I was many states away. He also communicated clearly with my child who is a newer driver. He also dealt with the company where we bought the car (again, not in NY) and clearly communicated the repairs and costs with them. I would recommend Cortese and Jack to anyone. I feel confident and relieved my child has a safe car to drive after the repairs. An added bonus, the car was repaired the same day it was brought in! Thank you so much Jack, the service department and Cortese. More

The service department kept my car for 3 months with no compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation! I had to pay a car note for a car they had and for a rental without any reimbursement compensation or trying to accommodate me having transportation! They got me confused with a different customer, preformed work that was never requested and tried to charge me for it. They ended up bringing the price down, but after all of the back and forth with the bill work that was never requested and tried to charge me for it. They ended up bringing the price down, but after all of the back and forth with the bill, and I couldn't pick my car up until the following day and it's NOW driving bad, with my steering wheel bouncing left & right. There was nothing wrong before I had "work" done here and had to argue the work/price. I believe they did something to my vehicle out of spite and a reason to bring it back to get that money they lost out on.. After I explained to Samantha Cortese, she had the SAME TECH call me!?!? Why would I want to speak to the SAME guy??? At this point, I don't trust them anymore. It's a shame because I bought it from them to begin with. If anyone reading this knows a good, trustworthy mechanic, please leave a comment!! More
