Have been customers for 30+ years and purchased many cars. Service department is excellent and now that I’m retired, am so pleased to have the option of having my car picked up and returned. I had such a wonderful experience here after my ford explorer broke down on the 390/490. I’m not local but they took care of me and fixed my car, treated me so well. Couldn’t have been happier with Cortes, I really appreciate the hard work on my car, I didn’t have to trade it in after they were done like I thought I would have to. They did a great job!
