Very professional - they got me in when it fit my schedule. Intake was quick and organized, service advisor (Adam Holguin) was polite and knowledgeable. Within a short amount of time they sent me a v schedule. Intake was quick and organized, service advisor (Adam Holguin) was polite and knowledgeable. Within a short amount of time they sent me a video showing the initial inspection of my vehicle - everything was very clear. As it turned out, I needed a new tire (they discovered a road hazard in it) so they had to keep my car overnight and they were out of loaners so they gave me an Uber ride home and another back to the dealership the next morning. Highly recommended, they did excellent work! More

As a BMW NA and BMW Manufacturing retiree I enjoy the privilege to purchase/lease at the employee purchase/lease Program which allows me to purchase a BMW vehicle at a certain amount below BMW center inv privilege to purchase/lease at the employee purchase/lease Program which allows me to purchase a BMW vehicle at a certain amount below BMW center invoice for which the dealership will be reimbursed. BMW of Sarasota did not follow the employee purchase program by adding approx. $1500 in additional profit (as admitted by the sales person) thus violating the agreement that lets me buy the vehicle at a fixed amount below invoice. The salesperson stated that if I do not pay the additional profit amount, I will not get the car. My previous BMW that I purchased from BMW of Sarasota under the same program was not charged with an “additional profit fee”. This explains my low rating for the salesperson in this transaction. I strongly feel that BMW of Sarasota should reimburse me for the additional dealer profit fee. More
