Tucson Subaru was great, before we signed the contract. Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, sai Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, said & I quote “you can’t prove it was our issue, you figure it out” and then hung up. I spoke with Sylvia Kounts, who again was friendly as can be until we needed help, and when we were directed to Service manager Scott Greg, he instructed his service rep Nico, to tell us he was too busy to deal with our problem. I would not recommend this dealership. More
