The only bottleneck I ran into was getting a loaner car once I had turned my old car over to service. I waited long enough to finish a chapter (I always come prepared for a bottleneck somewhere in the service). OH! and answering your survey is annoying bigly! Why should I have to have a password to submit it. (Why does it take so long to receive the email with the link? Finally found the email in my junk folder at my email server: DealerRater is captured as a spammer.) Again, why do you make it so hard to give you feedback? AND, especially worrying: why do I have to LOG IN and you provide no means to LOG OUT? Seems to invite a hacker. More
