I was prepared to walk out if the car buying shenanigans started and it was a nice surprise when Jack quoted the price that was on the Subaru website. No nonsense, no high pressure sales tactics. Everyone I met at Tucson Subaru was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with Jack McVey our sales consultant. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he wa courteous, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with Jack McVey our sales consultant. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he was upfront and honest with every detail. Another thing I really loved about Tucson Subaru is that all the used cars have been inspected and there's a list posted with each car detailing what work was performed after the dealership received the car and what they noted that still needs to be repaired, if any. I've never seen such openness and honesty at a car dealership, especially with used cars. Before going to Tucson Subaru I went to another dealership nearby and they wouldn't even let us test drive the used cars because they hadn't been inspected. Not so at Tucson Subaru. That's why I'll be recommending them to all my friends and they will be my first stop next time I'm car shopping. More
