Louie Ascencio was also efficient and personable while we were taking care of our financial portion. He made sure to provide us with the information we needed to help us make our decision about adding extras to our purchase without pressuring us to add them. Tim Hanson in Finance is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and continues Tucson Subaru's commitment to making the buying process a pleasant one. Manager Louie Ascencio also is excellent. Yesterday I took my Outback in for its first 6-month oil change and tire rotation. Dan Ford in Service completes the picture of why I'm glad I bought a Subaru. Again, professionalism rules. He took the time to explain the vehicle in its entirety, all without any added pressure that you might find with other Tucson dealerships. Jack along with Tim Hanson (finance) simplifies the purchase process by laying out a contract that's reasonable along with being understandable. He was very attentive to what i was looking for and required from my next car. Three years later I called him up requesting information on my car, Jack happened to not be at work at the time but recieved the call on his personal cell phone. After I told him my first name and that i was calling from my hometown of San Antonio, Jack remebered the exact car he had sold me and alot of information about me. I dont think you will find a more sincere and courteous salesperson that takes the time to make the whole experience as personal as can be and still remembers you years down the line. More

I admit to being an extremely difficult customer and I applaud him for his professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and patience. I would also like to commend the following Service Dept. Personnel for their outstanding performance: Anthony & Dan. In general, although I did not get everyone's names, while waiting for my service, I did listen to the way in which the service personnel interacted with other customers. They were really great. I sincerely suggest that Tucson Subaru employ more people like these. More

If you decide to buy your car from Tucson Subaru, you deserve a hug. It's rare to work with a dealership that actually cares about their customers and wants to ensure the new car they are buying is truly a good fit. Living in Phoenix, there are several Subaru dealerships within a short drive. My husband and I had been given such an amazing recommendation by a friend, so we decided it was worth making the 4 hour round-trip drive to Tucson to pick up our beautiful new STI. Jack and Traci made everything run so smoothly and we can't thank them enough. If this tells you anything, the experience and the car (of course the car!!) were so amazing, this was actually our 2nd purchase within just a couple months. Jack and Traci walked us through both purchases, and despite being first-time Subaru owners, we will definitely see them again for the next one. Thank you both! More
