Beware on all fronts - personnel, and the actual vehicles Have purchased more than 70 cars...many high end like German brands and have assisted hundred of people in buying over a period of decades. This includes assisting a buyer of a rare Ferrari at the Monterey Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer included: 1. Unprofessional sales rep and an equally unprofessional manager named Lee Grubbs. 2. Tactics , comments, and lies I would have expected from a "buy here - pay here" low end used care lot in the seedy part of town but quite common throughout the Phoenix area due to the lack of governance of auto/truck sales operations in Arizona. 3. Inability to keep promised on work orders call "We Owe's" in the business. 4. Stronger interest in delivering the vehicle than making the customer have a solid buying experience. 5. Willingness to look you in the eye and tell you that any repair or work they perform in their own shop is only $200 no matter how insulting this may be to people who, in some cases, are far more educated and possess considerably more experience than this dealer's personnel. Does this mean that everyone will have a bad experience and that all of their vehicles come from a chop shop in Las Vegas, Texas, or Los Angeles? Of course not...but all of their cars should be a strong representation of quality and you cannot make them appear and run right upfront...then charge more and make them right. Encountered one professional at this dealer. Rocio Woodyard. Unfortunately she lacked the authority to allow the dealership to act in a professional manner. The others: Let me put it this way. For many years I ran agri businesses in California while working at NASA and other large technology organizations. Also was an award winning sports coach and competed in the Olympics in the 1964. Thus I am qualified to offer an opinion that I have professional concerns regarding some of their staff. That also includes the owner Jack Schneider. Bottom line is that all businesses that have procedural and operational issues are the fault of ownership and top management who either do not trust people to make business decisions or are afraid to. My 911 I was very pleased with the service I received from Danny, I am very particular about cars and he made sure all my request were handled promptly. Andy went above and beyond to make sure My car was detailed exactly how I like and all the paper was done so all I had to do was to sign the docs. Jesus the detailed was very courteous and had an excellent work ethic.. Jack is the best owner I've ever dealt with. I am a difficult barterer and he displayed great patience and customer service. I'd want the car for free but he was respectful during the deal, I will buy from him again and send him people I know.. Lastly I know Mo worked his tail off and was a big help with the financing of the car. More

Frankly, I have been looking for a car for some time and they were able to do everything fast and efficiently. I would consider them the Best Dealership in the Southwest. Once you decide what you want, they stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied with both Quality and the Price. Professional Owner - Salesman- Head Mechanic Larry Ryan I purchased my 2007 SL 550 (73,384 miles) from CBB salesman Danny Quintana on December 15, 2014. I first met Danny in November 2014 when I stopped by I purchased my 2007 SL 550 (73,384 miles) from CBB salesman Danny Quintana on December 15, 2014. I first met Danny in November 2014 when I stopped by CBB to look at the SL 550. From the beginning, Danny was very professional, (always with a smile) detailed and able to assist me with the history of the car. Importantly, Danny never pressured me to buy the car that day. Weeks went buy and he followed-up with a courtesy call to see if I was stilled interested. Luckily the car was still there in December and was listed below market value. One of the stalwarts of CBB is the head-mechanic Larry Ryan. Larry is always gracious enough to spend time with me in explaining the "bells and whistles" of my SL. He always goes above and beyond in his customer service. Also, Service Advisor Val Atwood-Finance Manager Tracey Weaver-Mo Abdouni-Trevor Gaiser and finally the owner Jack Schneider, were outstanding to do business with.
