Excellant Service Center at "Certified Benz and Beemer!! I recently purchased a Certified 2012 BMW 335i Convertible in November 2015. The car was purchased just before the Thanksgiving holiday and unfortun I recently purchased a Certified 2012 BMW 335i Convertible in November 2015. The car was purchased just before the Thanksgiving holiday and unfortunately the car was delivered by my sales person without having some negotiated details completed.. I arranged with the Sales Manager to return after the holiday to complete the work. When I returned the car to have minor warranty work and window tinting done, some exterior damage was done by an out-side vendor. Brian Sullivan my customer service representative went above and beyond to get damage fixed. When I was not satisfied with initial paint touch up, Brian advocated on my behalf to get lot sales manager (Jack Schneider) involved to discuss better options. Jack Schneider agreed with Brian that damage by their vendor was severe and needed further body and paint work done. They both wanted my car returned to me better than it was before the damage. I am extremely satisfied with the out-come from this ordeal and how this was handled. Certified Benz and Beemer even provided shuttled service for me to the airport, so they could complete work while I was out of town on business. This is Excellent!! customer service.. This type of service makes for "returning customers" to both sales and service departments.. More

My SIXTH (maybe 7th) Car Purchase from CBB I stumbled across Certified Benz & Beemer several years ago in Mesa (their old location) while on a test drive from another dealer. At first glance I I stumbled across Certified Benz & Beemer several years ago in Mesa (their old location) while on a test drive from another dealer. At first glance I noticed all the high-line cars on their lot. So I promptly paid a visit. When I first walked in, I met the owner (Jack Schneider) and Chris Barone. Great guys! I purchased a CL500 that day. Fast forward several years, and several cars later, I now consider Jack and Chris dear friends. I've also made many more CBB friends. When I visit their showroom I feel like I'm with my extended family. I recently purchased an E350 for my daughter as a college graduation gift. This deal was particularly challenging because Momma and daughter had different ideas about the "perfect" car. Jeff Hallenbeck (another great guy at CBB) stuck with us through almost an entire day of tire kicking and test drives. We finally settled on the car make and model, but the exact configuration was not on the lot. Within a few hours, Jeff has located our car in a different state. The purchased the car on my word and had it shipped to Arizona for my approval. Everything was perfect. Daughter loved the car, Momma approved and Daddy was happy to do another deal with Certified. Jeff was king in this deal. Honorable mentions go to Lee Grubbs (for telling me what to do), Chris Barone (for being alive), Jack Schneider (for always taking time out for me), Antonio (for making everything shiny), Berrin (for helping with past deals), Travis (for keeping my cars running great) and Mo, the crazy finance guy (for his energy, honesty and laughs). If you are considering purchasing a pre-owned automobile, do yourself a favor and go meet the fine people at Certified Benz & Beemer. I guarantee you'll have the same experience I get each time I visit. More

Chris Nall - Tarnishing the establishment disgustingly so I was promised several paint touch ups during the time of sale that really did need professional work. I had let CBB’s touch up guy try and his paint I was promised several paint touch ups during the time of sale that really did need professional work. I had let CBB’s touch up guy try and his paint color did not match, nor was he able to touch up the area smoothly. The area in question is the size of a nickel and is located a few inches from the drivers door handle - so, very noticeable. After dealing with the service manager, I received a call from Chris Nall to come in and meet and have a look at the car. During our conversation Chris was minimizing the issue of the paint, it’s location and overall had a cavalier attitude that I found repulsive. I explained to Mr. Nall that based on Kelly Blue Book (he turned bright red with this mention) the price I paid was several thousand dollars (3k to be exact) over and surely there was funds somewhere to pay for the appropriate fix that should’ve been done the first time! Mr. Nall became irate, raised his voice several times and asked me to leave the premises or he would call the police. Bear in mind I was SITTING IN MY MINI COOPER while he threatened to call the police on me. It was hysterically funny for someone not understanding why I was being demoralized and yelled at. I don’t know why he would be calling the police other than himself yelling and looking like a fool. I do not know how or why this man’s temperament was/is so unbalanced but I do know I will never return to Certified Benz and Beemer for anything. I made amends with Mr. Nall and shook his hand upon my wishes to make the situation right as that's the type of guy I am. While I was waiting for my tint to be done he saw me again in the east side sales area and practically pounced on me for being inside of the building. I explained I was using the restroom and waiting and he did not have a problem with this BUT a grown man having to explain that I needed to use the little boys room was again the unexpected. Mr. Nall also informed me that because of my transaction, one of his sales managers had been demoted. I have absolutely no idea why, nor did the owner know why Mr. Nall thought it appropriate to let me know this information. Since I paid cash (13,000) for my car, I was expecting to pay tax, title and license fees, not some weird 847.00 fee added in without my knowledge. Maybe this is why someone got demoted? Regardless, a client doesn't need to know this information. Also, I paid 3k over KBB for my car! I thought I was getting a good deal as my car had low mileage but nope. I paid a premium price to pay an animal like Mr. Nall's hefty salary. I met with the owner of CBB Jack that day within an hour of the incident and was happy to be able to explain what issues had occurred. I want it known that Chris R., Sales manager, Berrin in Sales, Tracey in Finance (she's fabulous) and Bryan in service are all incredible people to work with. It’s a shame that Mr. Chris Nall not only ruined my gleaming reviews and thoughts of CBB but that I won’t ever return for anything they may offer me. Jack the owner did offer to pay for one of my oil services but I don’t find that to be enough in rectifying what went on with Mr. Nall. I'm a native to Arizona and have choices in where I purchase my cars. Again, what a shame. I know that something like this would NEVER have happened while I purchased cars in the past from Schumaker MB and Chapman BMW. Update - as of 12/19/2015 I have not received an apology from Mr. Nall. More

Outstanding I had a great experience all around with CBB. I worked mostly with Chris Beaman, and throughout my entire experience he was easy-going, helpful in a low-pressure manner, and honest. We worked together to explore a range of cars and narrow down the best ones that fit my wants and needs. Once I decided, he worked closely with the rest of the CBB team (and even stayed late on a Monday) to get everything finalized. Chris and his colleagues were great at checking in with me on status updates and details on the exact process. I've worked with other dealerships and must say that none of them were as genuine as the team at CBB. I'll definitely be returning when it's time to make my next purchase! More

I was VERY disappointed with the service department because for one, nothing was communicated to me that my vehicle was going to be there for 2 days. Dropped it off at 8am, didn't get a call until 3pm to let me know that part were just being ordered and they would need the vehicle the entire following day as well. They did give me a rental but I had to drive from south gilbert to Scottsdale at high traffic time, what a big pain, to pick up the rental so I could get to work in the morning. As part of the "extra warranty" we purchased, we were to get a nice "premium wash" with the service, but never happened. Picked up my car and it was dirty and they said sorry they forgot but if I wanted it washed I would have to wait 2hrs. I also had let them know I wouldn't be able to return the rental to them on the next day because I worked until 5 and had to get to my son's game right afterwards. It just seemed like it was an issue and I was inconveniencing them. If they had given me a heads up this type of repair would take that long, I would've scheduled another time and been more prepared. Also, the warranty we had purchased ended up not even covering the repair after all. Just very poor communication and expectations. Also, I had asked Tyson to have Brian call me regarding my car and because I was unhappy but he never did call me. Very surprising to get this poor of service from this dealership because we had nothing but the best experience buying our last 2 cars there. The owner Jack contacted me to apologize and gave us a great awesome detail on our vehicle, service was great on return visit. He took the time to contact me to rectify this issue and we greatly appreciated it. More
