Found what I thought was perfect car at B&B online. In call to verify availability, got a direct, clear and to the point contact named Andy Manahl. As a retired business owner for a luxury product, I did not want typical hype, hassle and pressure associated with many car purchase experiences. Andy assured me about their opposite business model. It was true. Andy showed us another car as a better investment, with more fun and function than the "perfect" car we came in to buy. Finance with Mo was equally comfortable, helpful and even fun. Mo helped us choose a financing strategy that gave us tax advantages we had not planned. Met the owner, Jack Schneider, personally, who thanked us. All of this was not my typical experience. Strongly recommend the company and the people. It is a truly admirable business culture that strives to benefit you. More

We stumbled on Certified Benz and Beamers on our way to another car dealer. The minute we entered the building the atmosphere was perfect and we were treated with the utmost respect. I've never been to a car dealership where the owner greets you and genuinely cares. Bottom line my girls were approved for TWO cars one each of course. Since then the service has not changed. The service department...what can I say...have been OVER caring. I live in CA and just knowing they're not being taken advantage of , gives me peace of mind. When Travis was promoted we had the pleasure of dealing with ISAAC MOY in the service dept....WOW! He's so professional and clearly loves what he does.It's a no brainer about this company if you want EXCELLENT sales /service or just advice about QUALITY cars....NO PRESSURE....Certified Benz and Beamer is the VERY BEST!! More

Nice cars, nice sales rep I found a great car, and Jamie was great to work with, however my car was sold to me with completely bald rear tires, which I noticed just prior to pu I found a great car, and Jamie was great to work with, however my car was sold to me with completely bald rear tires, which I noticed just prior to purchase. A manager (Lee) offered to sell them to me at dealer cost but in my opinion (and many dealer's) a car should never leave a lot with bald tires, especially on the rear, as it is hazardous. I wouldn't have even test drove it in that condition if I had noticed it right away! The dealership claims they offer a "low-pressure" and "no-haggle" experienced based on the fact they sell "fair market value" priced cars, and I agree they're pretty fair prices, however they WILL low-ball you tremendously on your trade-in. When Jamie was unavailable, Rich was no help whatsoever and wasted over an hour of our weekend, until a manager (Peter, who was patient and knowledgeable) stepped in. Tracey in finance was nice, but I had to keep calling her to get an update on the financing process, and had to slip in the obligatory arbitration clause and its opportunity to give up your legal rights (more and more standard at every dealership) CAVEAT EMPTOR. Really the best parts of this mostly status-quo used car buying experience was, again, Jamie, our sales rep, and the car itself. Jamie actually WAS no-pressure, friendly, took his time showing us recommendations based on what we were looking for, and followed up with us afterward. For those reasons alone would I recommend this dealership, because it's *always* a pain buying any car, no matter how they make it sound. Although I have to admit it was a bit more pleasant than most. I have edited this review to soften it after I have found the staff to continue to work with me to ensure my satisfaction, even after I drove my car off the lot, so I would have to call this dealership above average in most regards. More

Andy and Trevor helped me identify what vehicles would fit the profile and requests I had given them and they were extremely in helping me select the right vehicle that was well within my budget range. Their 10 day trade-in guarantee allowed me to select something else if I wasn't happy with my initial selection so that made it easy for me to move forward right away without worrying about getting stuck with something that wasn't right for me.. I normally keep my vehicles for at least a few years and it's an important purchase decision that I have to feel good about. Certified was easy to work with and they had a ton of financing options. They even got me a lower interest rate than what was originally quoted. It's been a long time since someone exceeded my expectations in any business. I was referred by a friend and know I know why. I've NEVER referred anyone to any dealership but highly recommend this company since they are straightforward, easy to deal with and don't play games with the purchase process. How refreshing to finally find a dealership that instead of just trying to "sell me a car", focused on making sure they understood what I wanted and what my budget was and then helped me find the right fit. The selection of quality high performance vehicles is excellent. I worked with Chris who was very responsive to my inquiries as I initially contacted the dealership through the internet, I did a pre-authorization on trade value through auto-trader and was pleasantly surprised that they actually offered me a slightly higher value on my trade which took that piece of drama out of the equation - received a fair price on my existing vehicle and they received a fair price for the new vehicle being purchased. Chris was knowledgable regarding the vehicles and the industry, was straight forward in all conversations and in my opinion worked in the best interest of the customer in all dealings to ensure a top rated buying experience - this is very refreshing in the industry. I have to say that this purchase was the "BEST" experience I have every had in buying a vehicle and would purchase from Certified Benz & Beemer again. More
