Had some initial issues with car quality at time of delivery. These were addressed and resolved. Jackson Poe, sales associate, has gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. It was delivery. These were addressed and resolved. Jackson Poe, sales associate, has gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. It was unfortunate the car had issues to begin with. They were resolved (one was out of dealer's control). I now have a great car and a dealership I would buy from again. Jackson's customer service and follow up on a transactional relationship to make sure I am good with the purchase is something one does not encounter often. The Edge is a great car - I would definitely buy another and would contact Jackson. I More
