My service advisor did his job well. He was professional and courteous. The technicians did equally as good a job. When I went to pay, the two women at the cash office told me that I cou He was professional and courteous. The technicians did equally as good a job. When I went to pay, the two women at the cash office told me that I could not pay cash, because they couldn't make change. They also wouldn't let me leave the dealership with my truck to get another payment method. The situation was only resolved when a man in the parts department went into his own wallet to help make change. I found it odd that a business as big as an auto dealership didn't have cash on hand to make change for a customer. More
