You don’t hear much about how a service department, much less a specific service advisor, factors into a vehicle purchase. In my case, with the 6 years with Hyundai Puente Hills and Jae Lee as my service a less a specific service advisor, factors into a vehicle purchase. In my case, with the 6 years with Hyundai Puente Hills and Jae Lee as my service advisor for the past 2 years, looking at any other car maker much less dealership is made more difficult with the thought of not having the confidence that my car is being cared for by Jae and the rest of Hyundai Puente Hills Service team. I could complain that I’m on my 4th car with Puente Hills but with Jae as my ride or die Service Advisor fine tuning my Hyundai cars for the foreseeable future, I think I’ll be driving a Hyundai for a long time to come. More
