Great service by the service manager. I came for basic maintenance and the service manager provided me with additional information for upkeep of my car. Additionally, he informed me of the dealer’s specia maintenance and the service manager provided me with additional information for upkeep of my car. Additionally, he informed me of the dealer’s specials/discounts for maintenance. Very informative. More

Service was okay, Mr. Jay didn't seem to be concern about my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. I told him I never got a call or my vehicle active recall and told me that the recall part was sent back due to being in the dealership for too long. I told him I never got a call or letter telling me that the part has arrived and was told that he will call me when the recall part arrived. So far, I still haven't received any calls from the dealership. I dont think Hyundai is taking the safety recall seriously since it's been couple months since I first became aware of the recall issue. More
