I had an appointment and waited for my car to be done for over 2 hours…oil, recall for windshield wipers, and steering wheel noise. Finally, I was retrieved from the waiting area to find out that they didn’ over 2 hours…oil, recall for windshield wipers, and steering wheel noise. Finally, I was retrieved from the waiting area to find out that they didn’t check my steering wheel noise because my service advisor didn’t include it and then had the audacity to ask me to come back to get this done…I told him I would not come back and this needs to be done NOW. Nothing like having an appointment waiting all that time to have 2/3 of your service done. More
