Service Rep is accomodating. Service is faster. But I dont like is the car wash its indicate on the invoice hand dry but still wet before I left on the parking I do it by myself Service is faster. And they said they multi chk the car but I heard something when I turn the steering wheel L or R when am bucking up meaning they did not chk correctly. Need to re sched an appt again. More

Service advisor is patient, knowledgeable & attentive to my issues. Explained everything. He even test drove the car with me to ascertain my complaints but unfortunately we cannot replicate the door rattle my issues. Explained everything. Dropped my car off at 8am for diagnosis and two recalls. Was told I’d receive a call to let me know what they find. After I called multiple times that day and every call had gone to voicemail I was forced t Was told I’d receive a call to let me know what they find. After I called multiple times that day and every call had gone to voicemail I was forced to assume I would not be getting my car back that day. Made multiple calls the following day and every single one went to voicemail. Did not hear back until around 3pm the day after dropping my car off. Was told there was no problem with my car but they were still working on the recalls and my car had to stay another day. Got a call at 8am the morning of the third day where I authorized a coolant flush they recommended. Was told I’d receive a call when the car was ready. Never got a call back. Showed up at 4:30pm only to be told they didn’t do the coolant flush or one of the two recalls. And that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. They wanted to take my car back into the shop. Wasn’t about to leave it for another day so I just took my car and left. I would not mind leaving my car for days if I was being actively informed on what was going on. The lack of communication was honestly so ridiculous and unacceptable. Will not be returning to this Hyundai again. More
