They almost refused me because it was past 3pm and they had the right to refuse service if they were very behind on work. But I had been waiting over 40 minutes so someone who noticed me allowed me to comp had the right to refuse service if they were very behind on work. Sean Kim and Jae Lee were both very friendly but I was disappointed that the person checking my car in (Michelle) didn’t specify that I would have to check in with a service rep. I waited an hour until I disappointed that the person checking my car in (Michelle) didn’t specify that I would have to check in with a service rep. I waited an hour until I approached a rep who directed me to Jae. She wasn’t really super friendly either and could have just said a few more words to let me know that I should check in with someone.
