Car wasn’t worked on when scheduled and there are several dirty handprints inside of the car..We scheduled to bring in the car at 11:00AM to have the catalytic converter changed out. It wasn’t until after I spoke with Tito at approximately 2:15 on Tuesday the 2nd about not removing the bumper to check the forward collision warning device and we will reschedule that for another day. I was told by Tito that they will button up my vehicle Afro pick up. I get a call at around 4:30PM from Tito that they cannot replace the catalytic converter due to not having the right size gasket. We had to leave the vehicle overnight and the vehicle wasn’t ready for us to pick up until after 7:00. I did leave several messages prior to 4:00 asking for an update but did not get a return call. We showed up at 5:30 to find out that they were working on the car. When I asked why I didn’t get a return call I was told he was busy. Not good customer service. We were told that we would be given a free detail and 3 free oil changes since we encountered the delays. That did not take away from the fact that there were several dirty fingerprints on the interior headliner and seats. More

Takes ages and ages to get through (phone constantly busy) and getting someone to respond to inquiries is near impossible. I won't likely go back to this dealership unless I have no other choices. I even had one of your employees say that the service workers aren't great about returning calls/messages. Ridiculous. More
