I was charged $250 for work that was not done the coolant was not replaced, the fluids were not topped off nothing was done to my ioniq ev...it's an ev so not much should be done but even that. And to make matters worse they charged for the "services" that were not performed. The next day driving the car all bells n whistles went off telling me fluids were out n coolant needed replacement. Worst Hyundai shop ever!! Dishonest at Best. More

Service took way to long. My wife and I were there for almost 5 hours. Waiting area for costumers was poor. We will not use this dear again for sales or service. I wish the waiting room was there, but it seems like the construction is going on. Should figure out alternative so customers can wait. They did not even have a decent bathroom.
