the worst service department i’ve ever dealt with. everyone from receptionists to service techs are uninformed and lack customer service skills. service tech failed to keep informed about my car as he everyone from receptionists to service techs are uninformed and lack customer service skills. service tech failed to keep informed about my car as he said he would and i had to keep calling and showing up to get updates, even kept my car overnight without calling me to confirm. also even charged me for a service that should’ve been covered by my warranty! receptionist (for the dealer not the actual dept) is EXTREMELY rude as well!! i will NEVER return and any chance i get i tell everyone i know to NOT bring their car for service or purchase from their dealership. More
