I had been to 3 other dealers before Mazda, and had limited success in finding the right car for the right price. I found complete success at Mazda. After a short wait on a very busy day, I was able to work with Jaik Willmon (shout out to Jaik, you're the man) on finding the right car. He was professional and listened to what I was looking for in a car and my price range. By far, the salesmen at Mazda are the easiest I worked with. There's zero pressure snice they don't work for commission, which made me feel a lot more comfortable when looking at cars. I ended up going with a brand new 2018 Mazda3. I LOVE my car AND I got an excellent deal on it. If you're looking for a new or used car in a friendly, low pressure environment, head to Mazda of Elk Grove. More

Happy First time buyer! My salesman Matt with some help from others did an amazing job to get me a great deal with everything I wanted! Matt was very informative, and answered all the questions I had and then some. He even paired my phone to the car and gave me a tutorial on all of the new features of my car. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not want or pressure me into anything, he just patiently worked with me and answered any question. He made buying a new car easier and fun! I highly recommend Matt to anyone buying a new car! I would definitely buy another car from Mazda Of Elk Grove, I had a great experience with the help from everyone in sales to finance. More

Friendly, informed, no pressure, & fast I've been researching a car purchase for a long time. I found a car online at Mazda elk grove. I called the dealership to verify the car was there. Jaik found the exact vehicle I was looking at in the overflow lot, and when I showed up that afternoon to test drive it, he was ready for me. He was very friendly, respectful, and informative. Once I decided I definitely wanted to purchase, he made every effort to provide me with the payment range I was hoping for. My finances provided him a challenge in that aspect but he did very well. Then Fritz finalized the purchase. Again, very friendly, no pressure, respectful, very informative. The only flaw I found in the process was that it took awhile to detail the car before they handed it over, but it was pretty dirty in that overflow lot so I'm willing to overlook that part. Overall, great experience. I'm glad to be part of the Mazda family! More
