I had a break job coupon for $50 so I decided to use it. During vehicle drop off interview I was quoted around $277 excluding tax and discount coupons to do the break fluid change so the $50 would be disco During vehicle drop off interview I was quoted around $277 excluding tax and discount coupons to do the break fluid change so the $50 would be discounted from $277, so I was told. When I picked up the car apparently the discount could not be applied and on top of that I was charged $56 for performing a "standard reset scope" even though I specifically stated that I only need to do the break fluid change, so I ended up paying $320 total for the break fluid change. My suggestion to the dealership if you are going to disregard what customer needs and still do other services on the vehicle, clearly state that to the customer. And if you are sending out coupons to allure them, you should really honor it. Sure the guys at service department are nice, but that's besides the point.. so 2 stars. More

Worst dealership experience ever. Rude and unprofessional. Didn't fix what they were suppose to. In fact created damage and they claim no responsibility. So readers know I am objective. I bought a new 2023 BMW 540XI in New Jersey in 01/23. Got home, in Connecticut, and car was dead in driveway 2 days later. BMW of Darien, (Connecticut) stepped up and got me a loaner and my car back on the road very quickly. My luck of good service unfortunately did not last. Luckily for me there are several other reputable BMW dealers in this area. More
