Best dealership experience in every department. Our whole family are repeat Ventura Toyota customers who are always treated with respect. Today for example: I brought in my aging vehicle for an oil change. I was assisted by Raphael for the hassle-free transaction. Having a bit of time, I test drove the 2018 Rav4 Hybrid with Daniel, and we chatted and had an enjoyable time. When I told him about the kitchen remodel we were in the middle of, he completely understood that it would be a little crazy to buy a new car today. I then went across the way to the Crown dealership and looked at Jeeps. While jeeps are great- that place is super sleazy. The sales person who came out and spoke to me was the old school sleazy car salesman with his condescending manner and disparaging low ball remarks about my current vehicle. Their strategy there seems to be to make the customer feel like a dirtbag driving a pile of garbage. Not really sure how that might work for them, but as I was leaving to go back to toyota the guy was actually shouting to me as I crossed the street trying to sell me pretty much anything... So if you've been with Toyota for awhile, you might forget that these analog experiences happen at other dealerships. Toyota of Ventura is our happy place; whether buying the Toyota brand or a used offering of a different make. They treat you like friends and family. More

Don't buy here! Bait and switch They will tell you one price. Then make you wait around for two hours, sign 90% of the paperwork before you realize the price has gone up. Then Jamie Torres proceed to rudely tell you with a smirk that the previous offer has expired because you left the parking lot. When, in actuality, his sidekick told you to come back before closing to capture the deal This was the most horrible experience ever. Laughably, I went to a competitive Toyota dealer and got a better deal with people who are actually thrilled to have your business. More

Jaime Torres is a crook I'm top tier credit (800+), and Jaime Torres offered me 2.99% for 72 months on a new vehicle (along with a crap trade in price and a full MSRP price o I'm top tier credit (800+), and Jaime Torres offered me 2.99% for 72 months on a new vehicle (along with a crap trade in price and a full MSRP price on the vehicle). I stated that with my credit, I'm not wanting a 72 month finance with a 2.99% rate. He then asked me, "well, what were you expecting?" I informed him with my EXCELLENT credit, I wanted 1.9% for 60 months which is VERY reasonable, especially when Toyota offers this deal. This crook then lied to me ans stated that Toyota was no longer offering this finance rate/term which is a TOTAL LIE. I did my research before I went there and confirmed that this rate is offered for top tier customers. Also, I checked Ventura Toyota's website when I got home and re-confirmed that they are offering this rate. I expect more from a "General Sales Manager" More

After stepping onto the car lot at Ventura Toyota, my wife and I were greeted by sales consultant Ramon Martinez who ansered all hour questions regard After stepping onto the car lot at Ventura Toyota, my wife and I were greeted by sales consultant Ramon Martinez who ansered all hour questions regarding the new Tacoma trucks. He had all the information on the model that my wife and Iwere interested in and even provided other product information that helped us make a decision on what model to settle on, he was very professional in a very friendly way that made us feel no pressure to buy right now. So after offering to let us take a truck for a test drive we sat down and told him the equipment that was important to us. He the went to check the availability of what was availible and found the modle we wanted and told us he would be happy to work with us to do a dealer trade and get us that spacific truck witch he did and were able to do a deal and take the truck home.I will be referring Ventura Toyota to everyone and will send them to Ramon Martinez. More
