Had a Wednesday appt. Car looked at on Thursday needed part which would be delivered from warehouse Friday morning at 6 am. Car would be fixed by 10 am. Never got a call so called at 11 am Friday only to find out the service advisor on my car had the day off. The labor amount had no explanation 599.90 to replace an oxygen sensor.
