I particularly enjoyed my interaction with Jame Hicks III. I am a retired client service manager for a large engineering firm. My opinion is James has superb client service skills. He is an asset to the company. Given the opportunity to interact with James more, I'm sure I would be pleased to call him a friend in the real world. He's a very nice person. More
