We were referred to the Cerritos store and from the first interaction to the last, it was very professional. We purchased a Santa Fe SEL and Jalil handled everything start to finish, he was very helpful in interaction to the last, it was very professional. As soon as I walked in the door it was complete professionalism…it was the 3rd dealer that I Had such a wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai! As soon as I walked in the door it was complete professionalism…it was the 3rd dealer that I had visited that day and I was tired and over all the back and forth negotiations. We were welcomed by Jalil Bashir and let me tell you he was amazing to work with, made the process super simple had me test driving a car within 10mins of meeting, no giving me the run around, but truly listened to my needs and was honest through and through. So glad we ran into Jalil first because he made ALL the difference in our car leasing experience..we were there for no more than 3hrs and already finished the deal from beginning to end. Jalil was such a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to even include roof racks in my deal( they weren’t on the car & would be installed at a later date) and even took the time to explain every setting on my new 2023 Tucson and it was so helpful since it had a lot of newer tech, Thank you Jalil! Even finance was a breeze, shout-out to Mike Lott the finance manager who made the process a breeze! My over all experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai was 10/10! More

Norm Reeves Hyundai went above and beyond during my vehicle purchase this past weekend! I did not expect such a pleasant car buying experience. It's clear to me that they care about their customers. I got to work with Miguel over the past few months as I was doing my research. I communicated to him in February that I would not be making a decision until at least April or May. He was super respectful with this and did not try to push me to come in or make the purchase ahead of my schedule. Once I came into the dealership, I got to work with Jalil. He made my girlfriend and I super comfortable and relaxed. He helped us with the test drive and answered all of our questions. Once we made the decision to move forward with the vehicle purchase, Jalil was very professional and informed us about all of the paperwork and documents we needed to sign. All in all, it was a breeze! Once we got into the finance office, we worked with Mike. Mike has a great sense of humor and made the technicalities of getting the deal done easy! Mike presented a few options to us and all of the offers seemed fair and in our best interest. There was not any excessive markup. We ended up going with the extended warranty. Mike also threw in a warranty on our exterior + all season floor mats! Norm Reeves Hyundai provided an excellent experience. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need my next car. I will also be recommending them to my friends / family. More
