So I bought a 2018 GMC Arcadia Denali CPO with 27,000 miles. The salesman was dishonest from the start showing me a different vehicle than the one I inquired aout and not being up front about after comin miles. The salesman was dishonest from the start showing me a different vehicle than the one I inquired aout and not being up front about after coming from MA to CT. A year later after 7,000 miles of highway miles only, and shortly after my 1st free oil change, I am getting my second free oil change and ask them to check the squeaking noise I am hearing when I am breaking. Blown away when they showed me the rust and heat marks on the rotors and the tires, all 4 down to the wear bar. As an essential employee, probably explains why everytime it snowed that last winter even an inch I got stuck and had to call the DPW. Have a problem going into Park position, engine never recognizes it and have to start engine over and over. Secondary to my personal situation, just got it fixed, 2500.00 later at a Certified Dealer which the saleman who of course is no longer there told me to do cause why would I buy a car in CT if I had to drive there each time I needed work???Oh but after finally getting a hold of James Carlin the manager of sales apparently I get to eat the money. Maybe 5 calls to him, one in which I was routed to a Ashley Corey who impersonated him and said she was the manager until I called her out on it. Is this place a zoo??? Then the professional manager after exhausting all measures on the 40,000 piece of crap they sold me, and eating the $2500.00 in repairs cause they couldn't just throw a new pair of tires and breaks on a CPO they were selling me, emailed me on Thansgiving night, when NOTHING was open asking me if he could do anything firther for me and sorry it did not work out. As a Professional myself, this guy now turns around and sends me a taunting email on a holiday???Then the service manager, another joke tells me this is a small family owned business. Well to the family who owns this business, I think your employees need some serious training! Your operating a circus you should be perhaps monitoring a little but closer. More
