Hi my name is Kayla Comarotti I am a Certified Sales and Leasing Consultant here at Scranton Motors. I love my job here at the dealership; helping others find what they need and making it fun at the same time! A little bit of my back story and how I ended up here at Scranton Motors. I bought both of my trucks here years ago and loved my experience here from the sales and fiance team to the service and technicians everyone was great. I went to school and got my masters in Diesel Technology and was in the field for 6 years. Throughout my schooling I was a waitress and love being able to show my personality and connect with others. I soon realized that I missed that interaction while being on the underside of a truck. I decided to take my love for mechanics and my love for helping others and combine the two and that is when I came back to Scranton Motors since I loved the family oriented business for years prior. I have phoned Scranton Motors that I DID NOT ever purchase a 2025 Nissan Frontier from them. I asked that I stop being hounded by these review responses and emails from SiriusXM concerning the vehic purchase a 2025 Nissan Frontier from them. I asked that I stop being hounded by these review responses and emails from SiriusXM concerning the vehicle radio. They informed me that without the VIN that they are unable to comply to my request. How am I supposed to supply a VIN when I DID NOT purchase said vehicle. I cannot believe that they would not be able to track the information based on my email address that somehow was attached to the selling of said vehicle. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them if they cannot keep records straight nor try to help when something like this happens. Shame, shame, shame on this dealership!!! More

I think the communication up front was good but we were disappointed with the service tech at the end of the appointment. My husband was told the vehicle was done and they were just going to wash it and disappointed with the service tech at the end of the appointment. While he was waiting, I received a text message stating the vehicle was ready. 45 minutes later, my husband walked to the back counter and the service tech or advisor(whoever was back there) was laid back with his feet up on a chair. He jumped up and said "Oh, I was just about to come get you". After my husband paid, and the truck was brought around, it wasn't even washed. We are confused about what was happening during the 45 minutes if they were "washing it" but it wasn't cleaned at all. My husband didn't care if it was washed or not(although it is a nice service offered). We were annoyed at the wait time for nothing. Other than that, things were good. More

This was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I have had in recent years. I recently bought a 2020 Ram. Kayla was fine as a salesperson. Pretty much there for the test drive and dealt with the sales manager Rob when she was out. They definitely haven't gone above to make me want to repeat business. We had an agreement to buff out scratches #1. The scratches were slightly improved but wax all over the plastic handles, bumper, grill which everyone knows is a nightmare to get out. Offered at my time andexpense to "wash my car again". Failed to mention the lack of a 2nd key prior to the sale and refused to make a copy since I already paid. Agreed to send me a bottle of touch up paint for some small scratches which I never received. The vehicle was 1 month to due date on emissions which they neglected and that is a dealers responsibility. Whoever registered thre truck didn't list my bank as lien holder so the title was sent to me. Also the truck was slightly pulling and an alignment was done which didn't fix the pull that was agree upon being fixed. Again, I could come in and they would rewash my truck and recheck the alignment but nothing outside of an alignment would be considered unless I pay outta pocket. Also no loaner for me so I'd need a ride in or sit there for half a day. Feels to me like since it was a used Ram and not a GMC/ Chevy these guys didn't want to do anything extra. I have photos of the crap detail job and all the emissions paperwork of the general manager would like to reach out. Still waiting on my agreed upon touch up paint which I have in writing as well. Would love a spar key so I dont have to buy that outta pocket too. Just bought my wife's Equinox at VernonChevy and had a great experience. Scranton is out in my book. More
