Additionally Matt Quinn from service was quick to respond when I had found a small cosmetic plate inside the engine compartment that had rattled loose during shipment to make sure what i needed to do to re-install easily and properly etc. I would recommend this dealership to any of my closet friends. I dropped by Ferrari of San Francisco in 2019 without an appointment since we were in the area just to get an idea of the logistics involved with owning an exotic car. Mostly vintage cars. 250LM, 375MM 250MM and a 166MM to name a few. I am a Ferrari collector and have won Cavallino and Pebble Beach with my cars. So I am experienced with purchasing Ferrari's. My experience with Ash Tawadros as my point sales man at Ferrari San Francisco was excellent. He made you feel as if you were the only person of his attention. Alway responsive and caring. Technically answered questions well and went out of his way to support. Including a lint free towel to clean the screen with I picked up the car. James Chow was just as supportive and patiently dealt with all my questions and considerations with specifying out the cars options. His advice was very good. Customers like myself can be very focused and detailed. To the point of being a little difficult with moving around thoughts about purchase and options. James was always really helpful and pleasant. Always responding by email or unscheduled drop in meeting. James has a difficult job and does it very good. Never a hint of losing pacients. Ferrari Of San Francisco is fortunate to have Jame's and Ash. More
