The level of customer service and attention to detail is unmatched in this industry. I have had experiences with many exotic dealerships and none can compare to FSF. I have purchased several new Ferrari's and dealt with various sales people. Jeff Harley is the best and a real pro along with James Chou his supervisor. Jeff's knowledge and patience with me in doing a very detailed configuration of my new F-8 Spider was really great. He was an exellent listener and did not just push his ideas on me, while also making many wise suggestions that led to a beautiful and personal result. I love my new F-8 Spider. It is a real stunner.
