It was worst that I had experienced in this dealership. They had a lot mistakes on the processing of the contract but no responsibility ,no answer. They miscalculated my monthly payments and I had to signed twice without any explanation of the reason for that before resign. They were just trying to whitewash it. They did not act honestly. It was changed the words so many times. I am a minor who is poor English to speak but I can understand , hear and write. They were treating me rudely. I needed to be a lot patient to get leasing a car in this dealership. And also it was wired their sales way of asking deposit money for holding car when I lease. More

He was very transparent and honest, walked me through all the vehicles that were available, pricing, leasing and purchasing options etc., on the phone which made me comfortable to come and look at the car, which I did later that day and ended up purchasing the vehicle.
