I know I was a difficult customer as I flip flopped my decision a few times and went from a cash buyer to bringing in my own financing from my bank the night before I picked up the car. James worked through all this with me and never made me feel pressured to buy a car from him when I ended up taking back my deposit. A week later I changed my decision again and put it back in.
