James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

If you need a great person to represent you, James is the guy! Outstanding personality, knowledgeable, great listener, works for you, and fights for you. He's not there to give you a big sales pitch. He's no guy! Outstanding personality, knowledgeable, great listener, works for you, and fights for you. He's not there to give you a big sales pitch. He's not there to push you to a car that's been on the lot for 30+ days. He's there to learn about what you want or need, and then he will work to help you. I would not hesitate to go back and buy another car through him and only him. Don't give him a bonus because he sells a lot of cars, give him a bonus/raise because he makes the car buying process go smooth, relaxing, and not stressful. You have to meet him to truly understand his efforts. He is the example of why customers will come back. It's been my pleasure to work with you and learn about your experiences as well James! Keep it real and keep the hustle going brother. More

He saved me $400 by getting my car to me before the end of the year because taxes were going up in the county in the city. Fantastic experience buying a used Elantra -- they went above and beyond to help me purchase this car. I drove up from Chicago but had to trust them that the trip would be worth my while and that the car a above and beyond to help me purchase this car. James Hicks is a wonderful, warm, friendly and authentic salesman. and financial guy Colt Grandstaff was quick, efficient, personable and kind. I worked with James Hicks to order my new car and was very pleased with working with him. The dealership is very nice and all the people working there are very nice also, very happy with the new Corolla very pleased with working with him.
